Laurier Macdonald Phys Ed teacher D’Alessandro honored by St. Leonard Cougars Football Organization
The St. Leonard Cougars Football Organization and the Quebec Midget Football League (QMFL) have recognized one of their most respected and dedicated members — Coach Andy D’Alessandro. On October 11, he was inducted into the St. Leonard Cougars Hall of Fame, recognizing his 35 years of service and leadership within our organization and his tremendous impact on generations of youth across Montreal. Beyond football, Andy has been a longtime physical education an health teacher at the Laurier Macdonald High School staff since the 1990s, where he has served as both an educator and mentor. His influence within the EMSB community has extended far beyond the classroom — instilling discipline, respect, and perseverance in countless students over the years.
