- Provincial Birth Certificate (LONG FORMAT) with both parents' names indicated on certificate
AND
- A VALID Quebec Medicare Card (date not expired)
- Most recent End-of-year Report Card of either secondary 1,2 or 3 (e.g If you are in secondary 4 or 5, bring your secondary 3 report card)
Please note: Students with a DES (Diplôme d'étude secondaire), DEP (Diplôme d'étude professionnelle) or ASP (Attestation de spécialisation professionnelle) are NOT permitted to register for basic English courses (beginner, level 1 and level 2).
Holders of a Quebec High School Leaving Diploma are NOT eligible for French classes.
Born Outside Canada
ONE OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
- Canadian Citizenship Card
- Permanent Resident Card
- Canadian Citizenship Card, Permanent Resident card or recent Confirmation of Permanent Residency (IMM5292/5688)
- Quebec Selection Certificate Code R8/RA
AND
- A VALID Quebec Medicare Card (date not expired)
- A foreign passport valid or expired
- A foreign birth certificate, if available
Spouse of a Work-Permit Holder
The spouse of a work permit holder may be eligible for French or English courses FOR ONE SESSION ONLY, if they provide the following documents:
- Their own Federal Immigration document
- Their spouse's eligible work permit
- Their Marriage Certificate
- A VALID Quebec Medicare Card (date not expired)
- A foreign passport valid or expired
